Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. Please allow up to 48 hours to process in-stock and ready-to-ship items ordered during business hours.

Items designated as made-to-order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 weeks from the date of the order. 

All orders are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout and include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours from the receipt of a shipping confirmation email for tracking information to update. 

Local pick-up orders are processed during business hours and will be ready for pick-up within 2 business days. Please wait until you receive your order pick-up email to confirm a date and time for pick-up.

International shipping rates are calculated at check-out based on weight, value, and destination. International duties and taxes not collected at check out are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packages destined for the United States will have all duties and taxes calculated and collected at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All regular-priced items are eligible for a return for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to available stock. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered we are unable to process a return or exchange.

Items must be un-worn with tags still attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email for a return authorization number and return address. Please ensure to package your item carefully to avoid any damages during shipment and to ship returns and exchanges back within 3 business days of authorization. We recommend selecting a method of shipment that incudes a tracking number as we will not accept returns for any packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

International returns and exchanges from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as returns on all customs paperwork. Any duties or fees incurred on incoming shipments will be deducted from the credit amount, or the package will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. 

All sale, discounted, and/or items purchased using a discount code over 20% are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
