Shipping Fees

Duties and Taxes vary by destination country.

All Canadian orders are subject to GST, and Ontario orders are subject to HST.

Orders destined for the US have all associated duties and taxes included in the listed price and will ship DDP. There are no additional fees upon delivery. For questions about US duties and taxes, please feel free to contact us.

Our products are made in Canada. Orders destined for the European Union, South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Australia benefit from free-trade agreements with Canada and are exempt from tariffs and duties but are subject to local taxes and VAT. Our prices do not include VAT or applicable taxes, and these are typically applied along with courier fees on imported orders.

We are unable to estimate duties, import charges, or taxes levied on shipments to the rest of the world. We are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or duties applied to orders shipped outside of Canada and the US.

 We have a 14-day return policy on in-stock, ready to ship items. Please note that made to order, discounted, and final sale items are ineligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number, or log into your account and request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not offer complimentary return shipping. Please ensure your return items are shipped with a tracking number.

Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Returns and exchanges that are shipped from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as returns on all customs paperwork. Any duties or fees incurred on incoming shipments will be deducted from the credit amount, or the package will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, made-to-order items,  or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
