Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags still attached. We are unable to offer cash refunds. Items authorized for return must be post-marked within 3 days of authorization.
Exchanges are subject to inventory within 7 days of item delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for you or to answer any emails to help you find your perfect fit.
Please note that all sale, discounted and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
All associated shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. There is a $15 return processing fee to cover out-going shipping that will be deducted from your total.
To authorize an exchange or return please send us an email at email@example.com with your order confirmation number and reason for refund/exchange. Please do not ship items back without authorization. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
