Returns and Exchanges
All regular-priced items (both made-to-order and ready-to-ship) are eligible for a return for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to available stock. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to process a return or exchange.
All sale, discounted, and/or items purchased using a discount code are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags still attached. We are unable to offer cash refunds. Items authorized for return must be postmarked within 3 days of authorization with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements. Items returned from outside of Canada must be shipped using a tracking number and the shipping time must not exceed 21 days.
Exchanges are subject to inventory within 7 days of item delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for you or to answer any emails to help you find your perfect fit.
All associated shipping fees, duties, and/or taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. There is a $15 return processing fee to cover out-going shipping that will be deducted from your total.
Returns and exchanges that are shipped from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as returns on all customs paperwork. Any duties or fees incurred on incoming shipments will be deducted from the credit amount, or the package will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
To authorize an exchange or return please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number and reason for refund/exchange. Please do not ship items back without authorization. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
