If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags still attached. We are unable to offer cash refunds. Items authorized for return must be post-marked within 3 days of authorization.
Exchanges are subject to inventory within 7 days of item delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for you or to answer any emails to help you find your perfect fit.
Please note that sale, discounted and custom items are final sale.
All associated shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item please email your order number and pictures of the item in question to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure that the package is wrapped carefully and to prevent damage to the merchandise that may make your return void.
We reserve the right to refuse any package that is shipped improperly or damaged due to the shipping method that is chosen by the customer.
