Duties and Taxes vary by destination country.
All Canadian orders are subject to GST, and Ontario orders are subject to HST.
Orders destined for the US will now be shipped DDP. Duties have been accounted for in our shipping fees, so there will be no additional costs once an order has shipped.
Our products are made in Canada. Orders destined for the European Union, South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Australia benefit from free-trade agreements with Canada and are exempt from tariffs and duties. Our prices do not include VAT or applicable taxes, and these may be applied along with courier fees on imported orders; however, there will be no duty applied.
We are unable to estimate duties, import charges, or taxes levied on shipments to the rest of the world. We are not responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or duties applied to orders shipped outside of Canada and the US.
All regular-priced items are eligible for a return for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to process a return. Please note that shipping and duty fees will be deducted from your credit, as well as a $15 processing fee.
Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email for a return authorization number and return address. Please ensure to package your item carefully to avoid any damage during shipment. Please ship returns and exchanges back within 3 business days of authorization. We recommend selecting a method of shipment that includes a tracking number, as we will not accept returns for any packages lost in transit without a tracking number.
International returns from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as returns on all customs paperwork. Any duties or fees incurred on incoming shipments will be deducted from the credit amount.
Exchanges are available on items shipped within Canada only. There is a $15 shipping fee for all exchanges that will need to be paid before an exchange is shipped.
All sale, discounted, and/or items purchased using a discount code of over 25% are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
