Returns and Exchanges

 All regular priced items (both made-to-order and ready-to-ship) are eligible for a return for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to available stock. If 7days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags still attached. We are unable to offer cash refunds. Items authorized for return must be post-marked within 3 days of authorization with a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

Exchanges are subject to inventory within 7 days of item delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for you or to answer any emails to help you find your perfect fit. 

Please note that all sale, discounted and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for a return.

All associated shipping fees and duty or taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. There is a $15 return processing fee to cover out-going shipping that will be deducted from your total.

Returns and exchanges that are shipped from outside of Canada must be clearly marked as returns on all customs paperwork. Any duties or fees incurred on incoming shipments will be deducted from the credit amount, or the package will be refused and returned at the senders expense. 

To authorize an exchange or return please send us an email at with your order confirmation number and reason for refund/exchange. Please do not ship items back without authorization. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
