How much does shipping cost?

Canada – all orders over $200 ship free via Canada Post

Courier shipping within Canada via UPS/DHL is available for a flat fee of $25

Local Toronto Pickup – Free, available by appointment only Monday – Saturday. Please add a note to your order or schedule an appointment here once you’ve placed your order.

United States - $20 flat rate via UPS Standard and free shipping for orders above $300

International - $50 flat rate (tracked)

Rush shipping is available at check-out for an additional fee. If there is no rush shipping option available for you while checking out, please e-mail us and we will assist you with your order. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be calculated at the time of checkout. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How is my order packaged?

Depending on size, all of our orders are shipped using recycled tissue paper and compostable mailers, 100% recycled mailers or recycled boxes depending on size. For more information on our sustainability practices please click here.

When will my order ship?

All ready-made orders ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-6 business days via our free expedited shipping. Please note that during there may be unexpected postal delays. 

Our expected shipping times are:

CANADA: 2-5 Days (after processing)

UNITED STATES: 3-10 Days (after processing)

INTERNATIONAL: 4-15 Days (after processing)

How can I track my order?

All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking number or are unsure of how to track your order please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please email us as soon as you can with any requests for edits or cancellations. Unfortunately once the order has been processed and/or shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Items are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer, if there are any errors in your shipping address please contact us as soon as you can to sort out the order before shipping.

My order didn't fit... Can I return or exchange it?

I can't find my package with the tracking number? 

Please email us if there are any issues with tracking your order. Please note that Devlyn van Loon is not responsible for lost or missing items. Items are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer and we are not responsible for orders that are lost or missing due to inaccurate shipping information provided at check-out.
